We may also from time to time store your information on:

Blackcatsgaming.com website: Your account information is stored in the Shopify.com store platform. Shopify does not store payment details. All payment information is securely protected by encrypted transactions with your bank or payment service such as PayPal, Amazon Pay etc. 

Newsletters: We use Gmail, ConstantContact.com and the SendOwl App as a part of the Shopify platform to securely store your emails for the purposes of sending newsletters. You can update which email list you are on or unsubscribe at any time.

Dropbox: We use a company dropbox to securely store customer data that is being used for analysis, or bulk order fulfilment.

Pledgemanager & Backerkit: To process and handle fulfilment for Kickstarter or other crowdfunding rewards we use various pledge manager cloud services such as Backerkit.com or Pledgemanager.com.

While it aims to be this list may not be exhaustive due to updates and changing contracts and partners, however we undertake to never share or sell your information to any persons, businesses or partners not necessary for the fulfilment of your purchase.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
