Refund policy

Black Cats Gaming wants to make sure customers have the best possible experiences and the highest quality goods and services we can provide. If your purchase is damaged or faulty in some way we will do our best to replace damaged items, following the terms and conditions below.

Please submit all requests for refunds to info@blackcatsgaming.com, with an image of the damaged item and accompanying receipt. Very slight cosmetic damage to an item will not be considered damage and may not be eligible for a refund. Refund responses may take up to 30 days to be processed - this will not affect the 30 day period customers have to to claim refunds.

Refunds from purchases not directly from Black Cats Gaming should be requested from the outlet purchased from. Black Cats Gaming can only honour refunds with receipts directly from its own store (either physical or online).

Please Note:

Due to the nature of these types of product, we cannot offer refunds on PDFs, digital products, other downloads, or similar, non-physical items.

Also due to the nature of these products and items, refunds for any product that includes PDFs, digital products, other downloads or similar non-physical items will have a deduction on any offered refund, up to the full MSRP value of those PDF or added downloads, on a case by case basis. Digital items such as those mentioned are not subject to a 14 day grace period as some other items are.

Digital items in this case also include any bespoke or made to order items.

As per the UK Consumer Rights Act of 2015:

  • You have 30 days to return faulty goods and receive a full refund.
  • Black Cats Gaming will first attempt to replace damaged or faulty items before offering a refund. If this attempt is unsuccessful customers are then elligable for a refund on that item. After that period a refund may not be offered, on a case by case basis.
  • No deductions will be made from a refund within the first six months after purchase on physical items. Please note that PDFs in core books or added downloads as a part of a product or service are considered separate products from the purchase. This means that refunds for any product that includes PDFs or added downloads will have a deduction on the refund, up to the full MSRP value of those PDF or added downloads, on a case by case basis.
  • Black Cats Gaming reserves the right to issue a refund instead of a replacement for any and all items on a case by case basis.
  • Any costs incurred to return an item or purchase are t the customer's expense, and only on the return of an item will a refund be issued.
