Shipping policy

COVID-19:  Black Cats Gaming will ship orders as normal and has been in talks with our warehouse partners to ensure a continued service. Currently courier services are unaffected however the OCS service used to provide an affordable standard postal service to North America is experiencing delays of around 2-3 weeks so please be patient for your order. All other destinations are currently unaffected, however delays may be possible depending on your local services.

All orders are sent from the UK. The delivery cost will be added to your order at the checkout and is calculated by the destination of your order and the weight of products ordered. Please note that orders over 2kg may be sent by courier. 

It can take up to ten working days for stock orders to be dispatched. 

Pre-Orders will give an estimate of shipping dates - these dates are provisional and may change. If this date changes we will attempt to contact you to let you know and confirm an update shipping date.

Orders to the UK should then be delivered within 3-6 working days of dispatch. Orders sent outside the UK but inside the European Union should be delivered within 6-12 working days of dispatch for tracked and untracked 12-16 working days. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 12-16 working days of dispatch. Orders to the USA from dispatch should be delivered within 10-14 working days of dispatch.

Please note, because of possible Brexit issues with postage and dispatch, the above times are provisional as of 1st Jan 2020 and may be longer than stated Please also note that orders may be subject to additional tariffs and taxes, and all orders to the EU are currently subject to additional fees, VAT, and tariffs, payable by the customer upon delivery.
